Offering over 20 years of project construction experience, Martin has successfully completed CMAR and Design BuildProjects, including projects such as the Mora CountyJustice/Administration Complex ($38 million), Hobbs boys and Girls Club ($10 million), SW Capital Bank ($8.4 million), City of Albuquerque Public Library ($10.4 million), LordsburgMunicipal Schools ($22 Million) and the Santa Clara courthouse ($1.8 million).
Martin will provide overall project direction and senior leadership to the entire project staff with the goal of achieving value and quality objectives. He will be the main point of contact for Acoma as well as the design team during preconstruction and construction. Martin will manage the project budget and documentation while always keeping the owner apprised of the project.
During his last 20 years of construction, Martin has continuously driven project after project to “on time” or early finishes with zero gaps in objectives all while keeping the project in budget. He specializes in identifying and evaluating alternative solutions to best meet program goals. Participation in and oversight of the pre-qualification and bid evaluation process for consultants, contractors, contractors, and other outside vendors and select vendors is something that Martin excels at. He will run all preconstruction activities throughout the CMGC process including all site meeting, estimates, bid solicitation, value engineering, early work bid packages, and contract procurement.
