Offering over 40 years of project construction experience, Mike has successfully completed all aspects of construction projects dealing with every type of procurement process from low bid to design-build to cmar. Mike’s Projects, include San Francisco General Hospital ($690 million), Mercy Medical Center ($10million), Los Robles Regional Medical Center ($120 million)Palmdale Sheriff’s Station ($16 million), VA Hospital Research Lab($6.6 million), Wilson Middle School ($8.9 million), BernalilloHigh School ($56 million), Shiwi Ts’Ana Elementary School ($36million), Santo Domingo Elementary and Middle School ($14.5million), Santa Clara Courthouse ($1.8 million), Black Mesa WaterProject ($3.2 million).
Mike will provide project management as well as senior leadership to the entire project staff with the goal of achieving value and quality objectives. Mike will be in charge of running all the OAC (owner-architect-contractor) meetings and will be onsite roughly 40% of his time once construction starts. Mike will manage all project documentation such as RFI’s, submittals, ASI’s, COR’s and pay applications as well as assisting during the preconstruction phase.
