This single-story stand-alone structure was built to replace a 40-year old existing fire station. The scope of work included demolition and replacement of the existing roof. The Fire House’s sleeping quarters were remodeled, as well as the building’s mechanical system, and a complete renovation of th exterior facade of the sleeping quarters. Challenges for the project included performing operations while the station was operational and completing the project during harsh winter weather. Despite these challenges, the project was completed without any safety incidents.
